WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

HOW DOES THIS PROCESS WORK?
If you are interested in a session, start with trying out our complimentary session to see if we would be a good fit and then after that you can select an individual session or monthly plan. For messaging, phone or video sessions, a link to our HIPPA compliant counseling room will be sent to you after completion of the intake form sent to you once you book your first session.
HOW CAN I BENEFIT FROM WORKING WITH MINDBEWELL?
Your individual needs are identified initially to create a tailored plan to improve your overall wellness. Your therapist will check-in with you in between sessions to help with any roadblocks hindering you from meeting your goals. Self-compassion will play an important role as gradual changes are made.

At this time, MindBeWell does not take insurance.
WHAT AGES DO YOU WORK WITH?
Currently taking adult (18 and older) patients at this time.
WHAT STATES CAN YOU PROVIDE COUNSELING?
Currently providing online counseling to Maryland and Texas residents, if you reside in another state we can provide online coaching and you're welcome to join group sessions.
